Board Travel Policy
The
CCSC board travel policy is as follows:
- To
be paid by the Consortium for travel to and from
Board meetings:
- Lodging
costs for the duration of the Board meeting
(at no more than the conference rate); and additional
nights of lodging if they result in net savings.
The spring Board meetings include both the board
meeting and the membership meeting.
- Also
a meal per diem of $5, $10 and $20 (Breakfast,
Lunch, and Dinner, respectively), if not covered
by the event, will be paid to the participant.
- The
Fall conference registration is waived.
- The
airfare should be coach class. Members are
expected to make reservations in advance in order
to take advantage of discount rates.
- Members
should attempt to secure funding from their home
institutions.
Other
travel will be decided by the Board on a case-by-case
basis.
