Registration fees for the CCSC:MW 2012 Conference are as follows:

Early Registration (by September 21, 2012) $145
Late or On-Site Registration $170
Student Full Conference $40
Student Programming Contest Only $15
K-12 Special Sessions, Saturday Only $25
Pre/Post Workshops (each) $20
Local Vendors $150
 

Other fees include:

Extra Friday Banquet $25
Extra Saturday Luncheon $15
Extra Proceedings $10

We are pleased to provide our conference attendees the convenience of an on-line registration system. Coming Soon!

All conference participants (faculty, students, K-12 teachers, local vendors, and National Partners) must register on-line. In addition, students participating in the programming contest must submit a contest team registration form for each team. Coming Soon!

Payment options include:

1. If you want to pay by check, please choose:

  • Pay with cash or check on arrival at the event.

We would prefer that participants paying by check do so prior to the conference by mailing a check made payable to "CCSC" to:

2. If you want to pay by credit card at a later time, please choose as well:

  • Pay with cash or check on arrival at the event.

Subsequent logins will have a "Pay With PayPal Now" link available until the registration has been marked as paid, either by PayPal, or by the Regional Registrar upon receipt of a check.

3. To pay by credit card choose the following option:

  • Pay via PayPal. No PayPal Account is required. You can pay with  any major credit card or with a PayPal account.

As noted, you DO NOT need a PayPal account. PayPal is just the merchant handling the credit card transactions for CCSC.

In either case 2 or 3, you will be directed to a page with a "Pay with PayPal" button to take to you to PayPal to pay by credit card. At the PayPal site, you should use the "Pay with Bill Me Later, Debit or Credit Card" section to pay by credit card.
