Registration fees for the 2017 CCSC:MW Conference are as follows:

Early Registration (by September 8, 2017) $145

Registration for the 2017 CCSC:MW Conference is now closed. Check back next year for the 2018 CCSC:MW Conference

Establishing a ConfTool account

If you attended CCSC:MW in 2011 or later, you already will have a ConfTool account. You may login using your email address (or ConfTool userid) and password. If you don't remember your password, click on "Forgotten your password?" Please note only one account may be associated with each email address.

If this is the first time you are attending CCSC:MW, you will need to create an account by clicking on "Create account and register for conference".

DOES NOT REGISTER you for the conference.

Registering for CCSC:MW Conference

Once you have logged into your ConfTool account, click on "Register as Participant".

All conference participants (faculty, students, K-12 teachers, local vendors, and National Partners) must register on-line. In addition, students participating in the programming contest must submit a Programming Contest Team Registration form (DOCX) (PDF) for each team by Friday, September 15, 2017.

Payment Options

 

When registering for the conference, please choose one of the following payment options:

1. If you want to pay by credit card (recommended) please choose:

  • Pay via PayPal. No PayPal Account is required. You can pay with any major credit card or with a PayPal account.

As noted, you DO NOT need a PayPal account. PayPal is just the merchant handling the credit card transactions for CCSC.

If the credit card being used to pay your registration is not in your name, please let us know whose name is on the credit card (e.g., an institution) in the Remarks section.

Upon choosing to pay via PayPal, you will be directed to a page with a "Pay with PayPal Now" button. You must click on this button to register for the conference. Then you will be directed to a page with a "Pay with PayPal" button that takes to you to PayPal to pay by credit card.

If you wish to pay at a later time (e.g. after your university's fiscal year has begun), you can click on the Overview link and log out. Subsequent logins will have a "Pay With PayPal Now" link available that will take you back to the page with the "Pay with PayPal" button.

Otherwise, click the "Pay with PayPal" button to go to the PayPal site. There you should click on "Pay with Debit or Credit Card" to pay by credit card. (Note: When you finish, PayPal will ask you to give a password to create an account. You do not need to do this and can just click on "Not now".)

2. If you want to pay by check, please choose:

  • Via check.

If the check will not be from a personal account, please let us know where the check will be drawn from (e.g., your university) in the Remarks section. If the check will cover the registration for more than one participant, let us know who else is covered in the Remarks section.

Upon choosing to pay by check, you will be directed to a page with a "Register Now" button. You must click on this button to register for the conference.

We very much would prefer that participants paying by check do so prior to the conference by mailing a check made payable to "CCSC" with a note as to what the money is for to:

Please note that subsequent ConfTool logins will have a "Pay With PayPal Now" link available until the registration has been marked as paid by the Regional Registrar upon receipt of a check. This link also can be used to pay by credit card if you change your mind.
