2008 Tenth Annual Northwestern Regional Conference

Housing Accommodations
Ashland has a wide variety of lodging options, including hotels, motels, and bed & breakfasts to suit any budget. Please be advised that these often fill-up well in advance, so make your reservations early.
We have arranged for two reduced-rate housing options:
- Dorm-style accommodations
Dorm-style accommodations are available on the SOU Campus. Rooms are $31.00 per person per night, double occupancy, and $50.00 per person per night single occupancy. Reservations may be made via the Registration for Dorm-Style Housing Form [PDF] or by contacting our site chair ( sahrk@sou.edu ). Reservations for on-campus housing must be made prior to October 5, 2008. Rooms must be paid for in advance.
- Ashland Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites
A block of rooms has been reserved for conference attendees at the Ashland Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites. The conference rate is $69.00 per night. Please reserve these rooms directly with the Ashland Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites at 541-201-0202 and mention "CCSC Conference, Block Code SO1" to receive the conference rate. Reservations must be made by September 19, 2008 to receive the conference rate. The Ashland Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites is located about 2 miles from the conference site. We will provide a free van shuttle service to/from the hotel and conference events; please contact our site chair ( sahrk@sou.edu ) if interested.

Directions to Southern Oregon University
By car, Southern Oregon University is in Ashland, Oregon, 14 miles north of the California/Oregon border. It is a five-hour drive south from Portland on Interstate 5.
By air, fly into Rogue Valley International Airport in Medford (MFR), 17 miles from Southern Oregon University. Rental cars, taxi and shuttle services provide transportation to the university.
