ACCEPTED PAPERS Professional Paper Final Submission Information

Author(s) of papers that have been accepted to the South Central Regional Conference must complete the following steps to insure publication in the Journal for Computing Sciences in Colleges and the South Central Region's Conference Proceedings.

On-line registration must be completed and payment must be received by January 15, 2018 electronically or by check through U.S. mail to the conference registrar:

Accepted Panelists and Tutorial/Workshop Presenters Information

Panelists and Tutorial/Workshop presenters must complete the following steps to ensure inclusion in the Conference Proceedings and program.

All forms and on-line registration must be completed electronically by January 15, 2018 for inclusion into the Journal for Computing Sciences in Colleges.

For special technology needs contact the site conference chair, Dr. Michael Scherger. to make necessary arrangements. A tentative conference schedule is posted at the CCSC:SC 2018 Conference website.

Faculty Poster Submissions

The Steering Committee is pleased to accept posters from faculty to encourage wider participation in the conference. To submit a faculty poster please follow these steps: Send a plain text email with the information described below to: Dr. Shyam Karrah,
Use CCSC:SC Faculty Poster Submission as your subject heading.

Include the following information in the body of your e-mail message. Please submit all information in the exact order as listed below.
  1. NAME(s): Your name
  2. Provide your email address and a phone number that you may be contacted at.
  3. University Affiliation
  4. Title of Poster
  5. Your Poster Abstract
