- Students and Faculty
at colleges and universities are encouraged to
present a poster at the conference poster session.
Posters only, props or additional components are not allowed.
Acceptable poster size is 36 x 48 inches.
All students and faculty presenting a poster must register for the conference.
- Student posters are automatically eligible for the poster competition.
Student Poster Submisson Instructions
Send a plain text email message to:

- Subject: CCSC:SC Student Poster Submission
- Body of email:
List the name (or names) of all student presenters.
List name as "first_name middle_initial last_name".
Separate all names with a comma.
The first name listed should be the primary contact for the project.
All presenters must be undergraduate students.
- CONTACT INFORMATION:
Give the name, e-mail, and
phone number where the primary student contact may be reached.
- TITLE OF PROJECT:
Give the title of your project.
Name the school that you attend.
- FACULTY ADVISOR:
Give the name and contact information for the faculty member that
advised you on your project and who has agreed to
recommend that your poster be submitted to the
South Central regional conference of the CCSC.
Please note: A faculty member may recommend no more than six
poster submissions per year.
This should be a brief summary of your project including the problem,
solution, and results.
All student poster submissions must
be emailed by March 30, 2020.

Faculty Poster Submisson Instructions
The Steering Committee is pleased to accept posters from faculty to
encourage wider participation in the conference.
To submit a faculty poster please follow these steps:
Send a plain text email with the information described below to:

Use CCSC:SC Faculty Poster Submission
as your subject heading.
Include the following information in the body of your e-mail message.
Please submit all information in the exact order as listed below.
- Provide your email address and a phone
number that you may be contacted at.
- Title of Poster
- Your Poster Abstract

Faculty presenting posters must also
register on-line for the conference. Faculty posters will
be presented on Friday, April 3, 2020.
All faculty posters must be submitted by Monday, March 30, 2020
