Registration Information (Register online)

$130 on-time registration, through March 23
$140 late registration, through April 18
$50  student registration

Registration includes a copy of the proceedings,
one banquet ticket, and one lunch ticket. 
Extra tickets will be available at online registration.

Directions to Campus / Parking Instructions

St. Edward's University is located at 3001 South Congress (in South Austin).  The conference will be in John Brooks Williams South (the South Science Building).  See the map. 

Conference parking is available in Visitor Parking lot (map) just past the parking garage.

Lodging Information

A block of rooms has been reserved at Wyndham Garden Hotel Austin (1-800-996-3426), two blocks away from the conference site, at a special rate of $105.00 per night per room.  This rate will be honored for reservations made through March 26, 2015.  Please see the brochure for the discount codes.
