The 8th CCSC Southwest Region Conference

March 27-28, 2015

Students are encouraged to present posters on their research or project at the student poster session to be held at the CCSC:SW 2014 conference. Authors and presenters must be current undergraduate or graduate students. Work in progress posters are fine—your audience may have some good advice for you. We can practically ensure you a good size audience, because we schedule the poster session in the lunch room!

Join us to munch some lunch and show off your work!

Poster Requirements:

  • The maximum size for posters is 48" by 36".
  • Posters should be printed on paper (glossy is recommended) so they can be rolled up for travel. Easels or wall-mounts will be provided at the conference.
  • For poster preparation, makesigns.com/scientific_posters.htm has sample templates, as well as fast and inexpensive printing.

Please email your abstract of approximately 200 words to our Posters Chair, Youwen Ouyang at ouyang@csusm.edu
