Student Posters
Students are encouraged to present posters on their research or project
at the student poster session to be held at the CCSC:SW conference.
Authors and presenters must be current undergraduate or graduate students.
Work in progress posters are fine—your audience may have some good advice for you.
Poster work will be presented at lunch time on Saturday.
We can practically guarantee you a good size audience, because we schedule
the poster session in the lunch room!
Join us to munch some lunch and show off your work!
Poster Requirements:
- The maximum size for posters is 48" by 36" (either orientation).
- Posters should be printed on paper (glossy is recommended) so they can be rolled up for travel. Easels or wall-mounts will be provided at the conference.

Poster FAQ:
A: Yes, as a poster presenter, you will be asked to register for the conference. We encourage you to attend both days and enjoy everything the conference has to offer!
A: Materials to hang your poster will be distributed (such as pins and clips). Please reach out to the poster chair before your presentation. The poster boards and stands will be provided. Refer to the website for poster requirements.
A: Unfortunately, printing the poster will be the responsibility of the presenter. There is currently no way for the poster chair to print and transport all posters to the conference.
A: Assume there will not be a table to display items near your poster.
A: Depending on availability to display posters, the number accepted will be around 10-20 posters.
A: There is no public judging rubric. Judges will be briefed prior to judging and asked to fill out a form including: "Presentation, Overall, and ..."
A: If there is still room for posters, your poster might still be accepted. Please submit your poster and someone will reach out to you about your acceptance status.
A: You can email the poster chair about changing the title or abstract. For the poster itself, it is up to the presenter to print out the poster.
A: There is currently no repository of previous presented posters on our website.
