Fourteenth Annual Northwestern Regional Conference

We have chosen the Governor House Hotel http://www.olywagov.com/hotel in Olympia as the CCSCNW-2012 conference hotel, which is very conveniently located in downtown Olympia near the Banquet Venue, the Washington State Capitol Building, and scenic Capitol Lake.

The hotel is only a 15 minute drive to Evergreen, where the conference will be held, and 20 minutes via a direct bus that runs every 15 minutes!

Eighty double rooms (one or two queen beds per room) have been reserved for conference attendees, at the excellent rate of $79 plus tax (about 10%). The hotel guarantees this rate for 80 rooms ONLY until September 19.

A hot breakfast is included in this rate!

The hotel has agreed to extend this special rate to the Thursday prior to the conference and the Saturday and Sunday following, in case attendees wish to stay longer to visit the area.

To make a hotel reservation, please make arrangements directly with the hotel. Remember if you call or email to mention the code: CCSC to get this special rate. The code is not needed if you reserve online, as we have our own GroupID link.

Have trouble reserving a room? Contact Lynette Gallyer, Guest Service Manager, lynette@olywagov.com.
