We have set aside 40 rooms to accommodate those that are attending the ACM-CCSC Northwest Conference, and here are some instructions on how to secure the rooms at the discounted rate:
Call the hotel directly at 360-459-8866. We take phone calls 24 hours a day, but we are usually slow between 11AM and 1PM or during the wee hours of the night.
Please have a credit/debit card ready for guarantee
When you call, please mention that you'd like to place a reservation under the ACM-CCSC group block.
Please provide an email address if you wish to receive confirmations.
The deadline to secure your reservations under the group discount is September 15. As long as we have rooms left in the group block, we will help you with your reservation up until that day. Past that day, we will provide reservations or discounted rates based on availability.
Directions to Ramada (Lacey) and Saint Martin's University
Take I-5 South or North
Take Exit 109 onto Martin Way:
FROM SOUTHBOUND I-5: Turn right onto Martin Way.
FROM NORTHBOUND I-5: Turn left onto Martin Way.
FOR RAMADA: After exit turn onto Martin Way, get into far RIGHT lane and turn RIGHT onto College Street NE. Turn left into Ramada (4520 Martin Way E).
TO GO TO CAMPUS:
From Ramada: Get onto College Street going south. After light at Martin Way intersection get into left lane and continue to follow directions below
From I-5 SOUTH exit: Once you turn right at the light onto Martin Way, immediately get into farthest left turn lane and turn left onto College Street.
From I-5 NORTH exit: Get into lane going straight on Martin Way. Once past the underpass, get into farthest left turn lane and turn left onto College Street.
Stay in left lane; travel past light at 3rd Ave
Turn left at next light 6th Ave SE/Abbey Way SE onto Abbey Way SE
Turn at first right onto Baran Drive SE
Follow attached map to parking area and Cebula Hall
Once in Cebula Hall there will be people/signage to guide you to sign in.
