Call for Papers

Authors are asked to submit papers for presentation at the conference.

Papers are peer reviewed and those accepted will appear in The Journal of Computing Sciences in Colleges. Papers must be original and not submitted elsewhere for simultaneous review. Papers are to be a maximum of 10 pages, including references, single-spaced. The abstract is limited to 300 words. Paper formatting link:https://lubaochuan.github.io/ccsc-editor/ .

Call for Panels and Tutorials

Deadline: July 2nd, 2023

Tutorial and panel discussion submissions must include a proposal (two-page maximum), list of participants, and the addresses, phone number, and email of the contact author.

Please submit your panel or tutorial proposal online.

One planned panel we hope to repeat this year is Nifty Assignments, where instructors discuss their favorite self-authored assignments.

Call for Student Posters

Due date: 11:59pm PDT, September 17, 2023

The Northwestern Region seeks to encourage student research by providing a forum for students to present the results of their work. We invite undergraduates, including those who completed their Bachelor's degrees within the last year, to submit an abstract describing their research or significant project.

Students wishing to participate should e-mail a one-page executive summary to the Student Posters Chair. Detailed guidelines on student poster submission.

During the conference, an area will be reserved for the display of student posters and related materials describing their research or projects.
