Conference registration will be via snail mail.
Please print out the appropriate form below,
and mail it with your remittance
to the address on the form.
Detailed instructions are on the forms.
General registration includes the following:
access to all sessions and to all vendor displays,
one ticket for Friday banquet, one ticket for
Saturday lunch, one year of the CSCC Journal
(where the Proceedings appear), and CCSC voting
privileges for the same year. See appropriate
form for details for specific registration types.

Authors, speakers, and others whose names will appear in the Proceedings must commit by January 5, 2012, early enough for the book editors to perform their logistical magic. |

Early registration postmarked by March 2, 2012 will save you $10. There is also a discounted, Saturday only, alternative for students presenting a poster only. Registration at the door will be available. |
