To participate in the CCSC:MW 2026 undergraduate student hackathon, each team should be sure all participating students are registered for the conference and submit this form ONCE per team. This form provides information so the organizers can communicate with teams and set up judging interview times. Teams must register by October 7, 2026, 11:59pm, in order to compete.
