especially those focused on teaching. We work to enhance the use of computing as an educational resource,
connect regional groups, and build a national network for this purpose. We hope to see you there!

Important Dates
February 9, 2026 - Last day to submit professional papers for review.
February 16, 2026 - Papers released to reviewers.
February 27, 2026 - Paper reviews due.
February 27, 2026 - Last day to submit proposals for workshops, tutorials, panels,
Nifty Assignments, and Lightning Talks.
March 2, 2026 - Steering Committee meeting to decide 2026 program. (2:00 pm meeting)
March 3, 2026 - Authors notified via email of submission status (acceptance/rejection).
March 9, 2026 - Final electronic versions of accepted professional papers (LaTex only)
and tutorials/workshops/panels due for publication.
March 9, 2026 - Professional and student author (papers/tutorials/workshops presenters) registrations due.
March 28, 2026 - Effective start date for late registration fee.
April 17, 2026 - Last day to submit posters for Poster Session at CCSC:SC Conference.
April 24, 2026 - CCSC:SC Conference at McNeese State University, Lake Charles, Louisiana
