March 25-26, 2016

CCSC-SW 2016 conference will be held at Stanford University in the Gates Building.

Please visit the conference venues page for details about the locations of the conference venues, download a campus map and a conference schedule.

Campus Address:

353 Serra Mall,
Stanford, CA 94305

Airports:

The nearest airports are
  • SJC:
  • 17 miles (~25 minutes by car, closest/fastest if you are taking a car/cab/Uber)
  • SFO:
  • 23 miles (~30 minutes by car, best if you want ot use mass transit: BART to Caltrain, which goes right to campus)
  • OAK:
  • 28 miles (~40 minutes by car, not recommended because traffic across the bridge can greatly increase that time and there is no good BART/Caltrain route)

Hotel:

Westin Palo Alto
If you stay at the Westin Palo Alto Hotel, you can walk across the street to the Caltrain station, where a shuttle will take you right to Gates (see "Mass transit details"). There will be a group rate available for $149/night (pre-tax and fees). To get the group rate, you need to make a reservation at the hotel by March 4th, 2016. To make a reservation, you can call +1-650-321-4422, or email requests at westinreservations@pahotel.com and reference “CCSC-SW 2016” when booking.
