- The CCSC:Northwestern conference at Willamette University in Salem, OR, will be hosting a student poster session and competition during the conference October 11-12, 2024. See here for more information.
- The CCSC:Eastern conference at Mount St. Mary’s University in Emmitsburg, MD, will be hosting a parallel student paper session as well as a student poster competition as part of the conference, October 18-19, 2024. See here and here for more information.
- The CCSC:Southeastern conference at Furman University in Greenville, SC, will be hosting an undergraduate student research poster contest November 1-2, 2024. See here for more information.

Programming Contests
- The CCSC:Midwest conference at Grand Valley State University in Grand Rapids, MI, will be hosting a student programming contest on Saturday morning, September 21, 2024, 8AM-12PM, with a practice contest 8-11 PM the previous Friday evening. See here for more information.

Other Contests
- The CCSC:Midwest conference at Grand Valley State University in Grand Rapids, MI, will be hosting a student showcase competition on Friday afternoon, Saturday, 20, 2024. Undergraduate students are invited to present their best work – including research projects, creative works, multidisciplinary projects, and capstone projects – in the Student Showcase. Team and individual submissions are welcome. Submissions will be judged in two categories: The Discovery track is for undergraduate scholarship that produces new knowledge. And the Application track is for works that apply computing in interesting ways. The Student Showcase welcomes traditional research posters as well as other forms of display. Upsilon Pi Epsilon Awards
Upsilon Pi Epsilon, The International Honor Society for Computer Science, currently is sponsoring awards for student achievement at regional CCSC conferences. UPE’s mission is to recognize academic excellence at both the undergraduate and graduate levels in the computing sciences.
